Lapis is a modern Afghan bistro located in Washington’s “bohemian” Adams Morgan neighborhood. Here we offer some of the best ethnic food in Washington, DC, serving homestyle Afghan cuisine cooked with local, seasonal ingredients. Come enjoy dinner nightly, handcrafted cocktails, or bottomless brunch on weekends. The bistro pays homage to our Afghan heritage and features our mother’s recipes from her childhood in Afghanistan.
Malmaison is our private event space and party venue located in a fully refurbished historic warehouse across the Georgetown Waterfront Park. The versatile space offers over 4,000 square feet of creative use for a wide array of private events. The modern architecture offers a stunning venue for wedding receptions, corporate events, private dinners or any other special occasion.
Café Bonaparte is the first restaurant we opened in Washington’s historic Georgetown neighborhood. Modeled on a quaint Parisian sidewalk café specializing in savory and sweet crepes, Bonaparte has been a neighborhood institution for the past 12 years. New locations are coming soon (franchising opportunities available)!
