The 4,200-square foot beer hall is located in Georgetown. It will feature signature touches like housemade condiments, stadium-style seating, communal tables, a ping pong table, and a family photo wall. Inspired by family ties and modern Berlin comfort food, the menu includes Bavarian classics such as bratwurst, schnitzel and pretzels with beer cheese.

Modeled on a quaint Parisian sidewalk café specializing in savory and sweet crepes, Bonaparte has been a neighborhood institution for the past 12 years. Darbar is a modern art space and cocktail bar located next door to Lapis in Adams Morgan. The space has been used from private art shows, documentary viewings, and other local artistic events as a modern-day art incubator and salon. The space features 3,3000 square feet of underground space ideal for art exhibits and private events
